many years from now, I will be all alone in a small room with yellow wallpaper. It is dark outside but I have a lamp and I have a ceiling fan to keep the air from feeling stagnant. this is a strange feeling. a piece of the room wakes up from my memories and there is something wrong. i washed my hands three times this morning. Please, please do something.

The Mayor is giving a speech. We love listening to his speeches. He tells us about a large pair of shoes full of creme de menthe which was stolen from the museum by the ANTI-Mayor, the Mayor's arch nemesis from up north. "Watch closely the following magic trick;" says the Mayor and evaporates in a cloud of noxious black vapor which kills everything it touches. We need to make sure the Mayor triumphs in his quest against the ANTI-Mayor by showing up at the polls when the big day comes around.

Wonderful post!!! Genuinely loved this kind of post. Although I want much more information on like precious subject matter.

These printable posters can be used to help raise awareness about handwashing in highly visible public areas, such as schools, workplaces, and restrooms. They are designed for all audiences, and some are available in multiple sizes and languages, and can be ordered for free via CDC-Info on Demand.

Follow Five Steps to Wash Your Hands the Right Way

Washing your hands is easy, and it’s one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of germs. Clean hands can stop germs from spreading from one person to another and throughout an entire community—from your home and workplace to childcare facilities and hospitals.

Follow these five steps every time.

  1. Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.
  2. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
  3. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.
  4. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
  5. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

Why? Read the science behind the recommendations.

Use Hand Sanitizer When You Can’t Use Soap and Water

You can use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.

Washing hands with soap and water is the best way to get rid of germs in most situations. If soap and water are not readily available, you can use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. You can tell if the sanitizer contains at least 60% alcohol by looking at the product label.

Sanitizers can quickly reduce the number of germs on hands in many situations. However,

Caution! Swallowing alcohol-based hand sanitizers can cause alcohol poisoning if more than a couple of mouthfuls are swallowed. Keep it out of reach of young children and supervise their use. Learn more here.

IT IS ANOTHER MORNEING LIKE ALL THE OTHERS. THERE IS A BOOK ON THE DESK. THERE IS A DOOR HERE. THERE IS A WINDOW HERE.

walking in the hallway as always. I watched my feet closely that day. There is something wrong in the house. I can feel it in my legs. This morning when I woke up one of them was dead asleep. Pangs of the numbness gradually wore away from the inside out, as the blood suffused throughout my flesh from the arteries to the capillaries, etc etc. Before even the tingling (the feeling when the nerves are having their 'on' switches flipped over and over) there is a throbbing sort of almost-pain. I can feel like I feel my bones inside my feet jostling around surrounded by meat. But only on one of my feet, the other one is fine.

I can't remember how it feels to be here. This was another morning like all the others. Something new every day, it was, and now: Nothing is new. Everything is the same. It starts out feeling confusing, then it feels comforting, but ultimately it feels like it's going to fray away to nothing. And indeed, it does.
